LOS ANGELES, Jul 28, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) Vertical Computer Systems Inc. VCSY today announced that it signed a Letter of Intent to acquire the license to the source code for "WebAddressBook," a Web-based information management system for individuals and businesses, from WebAddressBook.com Inc.
Access to the source code allows VCSY to tailor the functionality of WebAddressBook and host the site on its own servers. This Personal Information Management (PIM) system is already featured on VCSY's TheBrazilBridge.com, and will add to the menu of services available on VCSY's network of international portals as well as the services of its affiliates.
