Mr. McAlexander will advise the companies regarding the VCSY secure communications platform, the Ploinks Secure Personal Capsule™ (the “Ploinks SPC™”), and the development and monetization of its patented and proprietary technology. Mr. McAlexander will also serve as the first member of Ploinks, Inc.’s Technology Advisory Board.
Mr. McAlexander is the President of McAlexander Sound, Inc. and the Managing Director of McAlexander Sound Pte Ltd, which are engineering consulting companies focused on innovation and monetization. He has served as a consultant for many of the top tech and communications companies in the United States. Mr. McAlexander is a Registered Professional Engineer and has been recognized as an inventor on 31 U.S. patents and a number of foreign patents related to integrated circuit and system design and wireless communications.
